Applications
YUKOL 1030 polyol is specially designed for the manufacture of low resilience slabstock foams.
Storage
YUKOL 1030 polyol is hygroscopic and absorption of moisture would affect polyol reactivity and physical properties of the resulting polymer. The material should be stored in sealed containers and in dry conditions, away from direct source of heat. The recommended storage temperature is between 20 ~ 35°C.
Handling Precautions
YUKOL 1030 polyol has a very low order of acute toxicity and does not present a significant health hazard to users. Normal standards of industrial hygiene should however be observed when handling this chemical. Suitable protective clothing and eye protection must be worn to avoid unnecessary contacts and accidental ingestion. In case of eye contact, seek medical attention.
Fire & Explosion Hazards
YUKOL 1030 polyol is not readily ignited, but like most organic materials, it will burn when involved in a fire.
